1. Digital Products and Online Courses
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
For digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product or service. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date
- Provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
- Demonstrate that you have accessed and reviewed the content (where applicable)
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following digital items are non-refundable:
- Individual digital resources priced under £15
- Products where 75% or more of the content has been accessed or downloaded
- Personalized or custom-created materials
- Products clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
1.3 Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for course bundles or packages where only part of the content did not meet your expectations. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the product or service.
2. Coaching and Consultation Services
2.1 Cancellation Before Services Begin
If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching or consultation service:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund
- No-shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund
2.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a coaching or consultation session without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We allow up to two reschedules per purchased session.
2.3 Package Services
For multi-session coaching or consultation packages:
- If you cancel before your first session, we will issue a full refund
- If you cancel after your first session but before subsequent sessions, we will issue a partial refund for the unused sessions minus a 10% administrative fee
- All package services must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
3.2 Trial Periods
For subscriptions that include a free trial period:
- You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial period
- You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the first billing period
- Once the paid subscription begins, our standard cancellation policy applies
3.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans paid in advance:
- Cancellations within the first 30 days will receive a prorated refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations after 30 days may receive a prorated refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances
4. Event Registrations
4.1 In-Person and Virtual Events
For workshops, seminars, or other scheduled events:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
- No-shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund
4.2 Event Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or you may transfer your registration to a future event (when available) for a £25 administrative fee.
4.3 Event Cancellation by Career Pathways
If Career Pathways cancels an event, you will be offered the following options:
- Full refund of your registration fee
- Transfer to a future event at no additional cost
- Credit toward other Career Pathways products or services
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, purchase date, and the product or service for which you're requesting a refund
- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

5.2 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
